Urgent Care from Titusville Area Hospital
Some problems require immediate attention but are not quite serious enough to warrant a trip to the emergency room. For these situations, Titusville Area Hospital has created the Titusville Express Center. This clinic is open 7 days a week from 8 am – 8 pm and does not require appointments. This center provides immediate care for migraines, fevers, allergies, and more.
Please note that the Titusville Express Center is not located at the hospital. This facility can be found at 401 W. Spring Street in Titusville.
Emergency Care & Urgent Care
Knowing when to visit the emergency room rather than an urgent care facility is important. As a general rule of thumb, if an issue does not appear to be life-threatening or catastrophic, it is likely a matter for urgent care. Review the examples below for guidance on when to visit each facility.
Urgent care issues:
- Migraines
- Fever
- Small Asthma attacks
- Allergy issues
- Minor cuts and sprains
- Pink eye
- Ear infections
Emergency care issues:
- Traumatic injuries
- Electrical shocks
- Severe burns
- Snake bites and serious animal attacks
- Seizures
- Fainting
- Chest pain
The Titusville Express Center provides quick-acting remedies for less serious issues. It is staffed by caring physicians trained to quickly diagnose problems and prescribe a suitable treatment.
