Giving Tuesday is on November 30th! Giving Tuesday is a nationally recognized one-day-a-year push to donate to non-profit organizations. Titusville Area Hospital Foundation is proudly participating in this year’s giving event. The Foundation has been blessed by so many generous donors in the past that have supported various projects and renovations. During this time of Thanks, we would like to graciously extend a big thank you to all of you. The hospital is undergoing so many needed repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades. All of these projects take extra funding. Any amount of donations helps to offset these large costs. Since 2018 the Foundation has helped fund several large projects including the Emergency Department renovation, Dental Clinic, Rural Health Clinic Renovation, and the CT Scanner Replacement (still underway). These projects have helped improve patient care, patient privacy, and patient safety.
In 2022, one of the Foundation’s fundraising goals is to help raise funds for new hospital beds. The hospital plans to replace all 25 in-patient beds. The current hospital beds are very old and need to be upgraded immediately. The new beds to be purchased offer state-of-the-art patient comfort. They are outfitted with the latest technology and patient safety features. This is an estimated $385,000 expense. During Giving Tuesday, all funds raised will support this new project.
