Oncology Department Opens at Titusville Area Hospital

The Titusville Area Hospital held an open house and a ribbon cutting for the opening of the new oncology department on Tuesday, April 30.

“I’m so happy you’re all here. This is our new home,” Kim Schell, CRNP, Titusville Area Hospital vice president patient services / CNO, said. “We’re thankful we were able to have what was once this open, unfinished space. We used to have a gravel floor here and this was just pipes and an awful lot of storage. It’s been transformed into a warm welcoming area for all our patients. These improvements would not have been possible without the generosity of many donors.”
